THIS SUMMER

The Woodacre Improvement Club is a nonprofit social and recreational club that is open to all members of the public. Its mission is to contribute to the betterment of its members and of the community at large through organized action and effort.

There are a number of facilities to enjoy including swimming pools and tennis courts, amongst other amenities open to the community including baseball field, playground, and basketball courts.

Features at the WIC

  • Two Pools

    The WIC has two pools: one larger pool for cooling off or swimming laps; and one shallow pool for kids 6 and younger.

  • Gym

    A gym equipped with all the tools you need get in shape or stay in shape.

  • Tennis Courts

    Two tennis courts - perfect for singles or doubles. We also have a backboard for single play.

  • Basketball Court

    The WIC’s basketball court is open to all.

  • Baseball Field

    One of West Marin’s finest baseball fields is right here in Woodacre. Spectate a game or gather your pals for a little pitching and swinging.

  • Playground

    Slides, swings and sand – what more could a kid ask for? Expect a refresh of this fun accessible space in Summer of 2023.

Become a member of your community.

The WIC offers quite a few types of memberships to suit you or your families needs. Your family may only want to use the pool in the summertime - we have a plan for that. Or maybe you just want to use the gym or only the tennis courts - we have plans for that too. Check out what plan is best for you and your family.
